Refund Eligibility

At Quantumfieldvector, we stand behind the quality of our photography courses and creative programs. We understand that sometimes a course might not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making things right.

You're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you've completed less than 25% of the course content.

  • Course purchased within the last 30 days
  • Less than 25% of course modules completed
  • No certificates or completion badges earned
  • Original payment method still active
  • Account in good standing with no policy violations

Important Exception:

Downloaded course materials, completed assignments, and earned certificates cannot be refunded. Once you've actively engaged with more than 25% of the content, the course is considered utilized.

Payment Methods & Processing

We process refunds through the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Different payment methods have varying processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Net Banking: 5-10 business days after processing
  • EMI Purchases: Processed according to your bank's EMI reversal policy

If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative refund method. This might require additional verification steps to ensure security.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life happens, and sometimes circumstances beyond your control might affect your ability to complete a course. We handle these situations with care:

Medical emergencies, family crises, or other exceptional circumstances may qualify for refunds beyond our standard policy.

If you're facing financial hardship or unexpected life events, please reach out to our support team. We review each case individually and often can offer solutions like course extensions, payment plans, or partial refunds even if you don't meet the standard criteria.

For bulk purchases or corporate training packages, different terms may apply. These are typically outlined in your purchase agreement or can be discussed with our business development team.

Non-Refundable Items

While we strive to be flexible, certain items and services cannot be refunded due to their nature:

  • One-on-one mentoring sessions that have been completed
  • Live workshop attendance (recorded versions may be eligible)
  • Printed materials that have been shipped
  • Custom photography assignments or personalized feedback
  • Software licenses or third-party tools included with courses

These items represent immediate value delivery or third-party costs that we cannot recover. We clearly mark non-refundable items during the purchase process.
